Today marks 20 years that Nigerian Environmental Activist, Writer and TV Producer Ken Saro-Wiwa was executed by the former military government of General Sanni Abacha. He was very active in the fight to have Ogoniland cleaned up by oil companies. In today's British newspaper, The Guardian he son spoke in an article that it seems that his father didn't die in vain after all. Petals FM's Prisca Abamba read an editorial this morning about it.
